This is a collection of frequently asked questions pertaining to the XionKB.
- Why is there no {Discord,IRC,chat group}?
- The forums exist. There is no upside and tremendous downside to operating a real-time messaging group. More directly, it causes more harm than good due to psychological dissociation in "chat rooms". Just post on the forum instead; future readers will be glad you did.
- What mechanism do you use to host/syndicate code?
- Initially we do not use any public method such as Git, even self-hosted. Eventually, however, we will develop our own MediaWiki-compatible backend that integrates source code and histories into the wiki alongside encyclopaedic and research content as a content model.
