Deletionism is a cancer, and it is very much killing the site. The good news is, Wikipedia isn't the only wiki in the universe. Wikipedia cofounder Larry Sanger started [//encyclosphere.org/ the Encyclosphere project] ([//archive.ph/38Axr archive]) with the goal of recuperating this lost fat tail that contains so much of the niche knowledge humanity craves. We are ecstatic to embody a sliver of that.
